Products in HK quality require efficient employees with many years of experience in practical toolmaking. Our well attuned and motivated team has all the qualifications needed to satisfy our customers with consistently good performance. We attach great importance to further qualification, performance optimisation and quality improvement as well as independent, responsible work in a team. Therefore, we consistently invest in training and in further education of our 60 employees. With currently 10 apprentices, we train our own competent junior staff that fits in with our tasks and that is experienced in handling the latest manufacturing processes and machines from the very beginning. Our apprentices receive excellent, practical training as tool mechanics (specialising in stamping and forming technology as well as fixture construction) and cutting machine operators (specialising in milling and turning technology). In this way, we also face up to our social responsibility and offer attractive prospects for the future to young people from the region.
